Going electric should come with serious peace of mind. Every new Dongfeng EV we sell carries the same industry-leading cover, and this is what each part means.
Battery, controller and motor: 10 years / unlimited km
These are the high-voltage parts people worry about most, so they get the longest cover: 10 years with no kilometre limit. This warranty applies to the first private owner. The alternative cover is 8 years / 200,000 km, and terms and conditions apply.
Vehicle warranty: 5 years / 150,000 km
The rest of the car is covered for 5 years or 150,000 km under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Service plan: 8 years / 120,000 km
Scheduled servicing is included for 8 years or 120,000 km. Services are due every 24 months or 30,000 km. An EV has no oil, filters or spark plugs to change, so services are short. Our factory-trained technicians still check the battery’s health, brakes, tyres, cooling system and software.
Roadside assistance: 5 years / unlimited km
If you need help on the road, roadside assistance runs for 5 years with no kilometre limit. The 24/7 roadside line is 0861 116 139. Save it in your phone the day you collect your car.
